At Azim Ousman Studios, we are dedicated to providing exceptional music production, recording, mixing and mastering services tailored to each client. Because our work is highly customized and time-based, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:

No-Shows

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled session — whether it’s a recording session, a song modification session, or any other booked time slot — no refund will be issued. Our engineers reserve time and resources for each booking and missed appointments result in lost availability that could have been given to another client.

Project Commencement

Once work on a project has begun — including any form of mixing, mastering, production, song editing, or creative arrangement — a refund will not be available. Our services involve significant time, effort, and creative input that cannot be reversed once started.

All Sales Final

All services offered by Azim Ousman Studios are considered final upon purchase. This includes:

  • Recording session bookings

  • Song modification or editing sessions

  • Mixing & mastering services

  • Music productions

  • Audio engineering course

No refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed or the service is in progress.

Unlimited Revisions for Your Satisfaction

Although we do not offer refunds, we are fully committed to your satisfaction. That’s why we offer unlimited revisions on mixing, mastering, and production projects until you are completely satisfied with the final result. We believe in building lasting creative partnerships and will work with you closely to ensure your vision is brought to life.
